Project managers work with the client to meet the organization's
needs and shepherd it through to completion. Our project managers
develop project objectives and define the project scope, build a
web of achievements and sub-achievements, define the project charter
including authority and accountability structures and break the
work down from the project plan into tasks, sub-tasks and individual
assignments with completion dates. Once the project is initiated,
the project manager manages project risks and costs, resolves team
conflicts and potential problems, tracks the progress of project
team members and updates the project plan to reflect changes until
the project is complete.
